iPhone OS 3.2 SDK for iPad is OUT
Apple has released the new OS 3.2 Software Developer’s Kit for the iPad. Now, developers like Yapzilla can “peek inside” the as yet not available for purchase iPad. The device’s larger screen, 9.7-inch (diagonal), 1024×768 pixels, enables developers to work with a larger area and all sorts of creative ways to display app components.

Per AppleInsider.com:
The site also presents an iPad Programming Guide that “introduces new features available for iPad and how to implement those features in your applications,” as well as new iPad Human Interface Guidelines.
Apple says the new user interface guidelines outline “how to effectively use the new views and controls available to you to deliver unforgettable applications to your customers.”
The SDK also includes new example code projects that “provide an example of how to accomplish a task for a specific technology.”
Most exciting for us, is the news that the new SDK introduces new Universal Application binary format for iPhone OS apps. This means we can develop an app and have it display and function on both iPhones and the new iPad.
